Better learning with real life examples

Linking the content in a course plan to best practice and real life examples makes learning so much more effective.

With over 35 years’ of experience in selling and marketing of leading FMCG brands to retailers in Nordics I have an ocean of ​​examples to share. A salesperson who wants to create long-term business relationships could be seen as a teacher. You have to train the customer on what you are offering, but at the same time be a good listener to understand and adapt the customer’s needs.

In my role as Category Manager, one of my main tasks has been to educate customers and internally about category, both digitally and at large meetings.
